    That’s the goal of my Computer Science class. I want my students to try out as many operating systems if

    they can. Many of them will head to the US for their university education. They will have to use Linux, FreeBSD, OSX, or Unix there so I might as well get

    a jump start.

    These kids are retaining roughly 80 percent, on the average, of what I taught them (mostly Linux commands at this time).

    I hope that a

    couple students will ask for some PC-BSD or FreeBSD install cds
