The first release candidate for FreeBSD 11.3 was made available. Notable changes are a bug fixes to mx15en(4), ipfilter, USB, RDMACM prio, zfsboot, VIMAGE system panic, and more. Note that the second release candidate / RC2 will be out tomorrow. See the link below for the full list of changes.

A summary of changes since 11.3-BETA3 includes:

o Bug fix in the mxl5en(4) driver.

o Minor fix to ipfilter.

o Miscellaneous USB fixes.

o Fix for prio vs. nonprio tagged traffic in RDMACM.

o Several zfsboot and bectl(8) fixes.

o OpenPAM has been updated to the latest upstream version.

o A system panic when using VIMAGE has been fixed.
