The developers of FreeBSD have made available the first BETA of version 12.1. Notable changes in this version are userland configuration changes such as gcc-werror flag turned off, application changes to lockf(1), ktrdump(8), gzip(1) and several others, BearSSL imported to base system, updates to ntpd(8), tcpdump(1), bsnmpd(1) and more.
